The following programs/features, too, were pre-installed on this windows vista laptop, which is about three years old (close to 50 gb is free out of 70 gb, and i've used the notebook for less than 250 hours):. Remove all of it. most of that software is junk installed by the manufacturer that serves no other purpose. anything that's preinstalled by the manufacturer just get rid of it.. Informationweek asked several pc makers (dell, hp, toshiba, samsung, acer, and lenovo) to list the software that comes preloaded on their new windows 8 systems, and crapware is still alive and well..
