Instagram Extends Video Length to 60 seconds

Popular photo sharing platform, Instagram, have been rolling out cool new updates since the beginning of the year. After releasing support for multiple accounts on one device, they have rolled out a cool new update Im sure CrazeClown and KraksTV fans will be happy with. Bye to short 15 seconds video, Instagram now supports up to 60 seconds long videos!

An official statement from Instagram Blog says:

We want to bring you fun, flexible and creative ways to create and watch video on Instagram. As part of our continued commitment, you’ll soon have the flexibility to tell your story in up to 60 seconds of video. This is one step of many you’ll see this year.
In the last six months, the time people spent watching video increased by more than 40 percent. And longer videos mean more diverse stories from the accounts you love, whether it’s Selena Gomez (@selenagomez) hanging out with friends or beauty star Bretman Rock’s (@bretmanrock) latest makeup tutorial.

The fun doesnt stop there. Instagram also announced support for multi clip videos for iOS users. This means that iOS users can now patch up multiple clips to make a video. This update is available only for those who upgrade to latest version 7.19. How cool is that? We await support for Android users.

What does this mean? This means that we can watch our favorite comedy videos for longer, laugh as much as we can and cry later when we discover we are using twice the data hahaha. Update your Instagram app today and start to enjoy these new upgrades.
